Section 01

General Provisions

Eligibility and Registration

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

3.2 Verification Process

33wb may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. You may be asked to submit a national identity card or other documents before a withdrawal or after depositing a certain amount. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household or IP address. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An administrative fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more. Contact support to reactivate an inactive account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 33wb is ৳100, which applies to all payment methods. The currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Processing a withdrawal request generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Full verification must be completed before a withdrawal.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing a bonus balance.
• If fraud is suspected, the withdrawal will be held pending investigation.
• Additional documentation may be requested at the time of withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 33wb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will apply.

4.4 Failed Transactions

33wb will not be liable for transactions that fail due to technical errors. However, if you report a failed deposit to our support team, it will be resolved promptly.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) the combined bonus and deposit amount must be met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• One account may use a specific promotion only once.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the set time limit for receiving the bonus.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings made using a bonus balance.
• If multiple accounts or any attempt to abuse bonuses is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 33wb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The 33wb VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Players can advance to higher tiers based on gaming activity and engagement. Each cashback offer has its own terms and wagering requirements.

Fair Play Policy

6.1 RNG and Fairness

All games on the 33wb platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every outcome is completely random and impartial. It is not possible for any player or third party to control the results.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules and betting limits. Players are advised to read the game-specific instructions before starting. Bets from rounds cancelled due to technical errors will be refunded.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, you must file a complaint with the support team within 72 hours. An investigation will be conducted based on server logs and game history, and the decision of 33wb will be considered final.

Any of the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Gaining unfair advantage through collusion or conspiracy.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

• Spreading defamatory or false information about 33wb.
• Attempting fraud through credit card chargebacks or bank disputes.

10.3 Extent of Loss

Under any circumstances, 33wb's maximum liability will be limited to the actual balance in the user's account. Claims for indirect losses or lost profits will not be accepted.

Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. To make a request, contact our 24/7 support. It is advised to withdraw any eligible balance before closing the account.

11.2 Closure or Suspension by 33wb

33wb may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Creating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Filing a chargeback or financial dispute.

11.3 Balance After Closure

The balance of an account closed due to a rule violation may be forfeited. In other cases, the eligible real balance (excluding bonuses) will be available for withdrawal.
